Overview
Deciding to lose weight? It should be a no-brainer, right? Get on the treadmill, stop eating fast food, and you’ll be on your way. Yet a number of dieters have found that the process is not as easy as it seems. Many people have turned to weight loss supplements in search of help. Energybolizer® by Olax is one such product. Its approach to assisting dieters will be the concern of this review.
Ingredients at a Glance
Energybolizer® comes in two forms: Original and Advanced. The only difference between the two is Advanced’s inclusion of hoodia gordonii and citrus aurantium. Otherwise, both contain substances like yerba mate, guarana, chromium picolinate, garcinia cambogia, and white willow bark.
Ingredients in Focus
Yerba mate and guarana are both sources of caffeine. Although it provides some fat burning benefits, caffeine is also a stimulant. It is not necessarily the most effective thermogenic (fat burning agent). Chromium is a trace mineral which is marketed as a fat-reducing, muscle-building agent. Yet this notion seems to be unfounded. It has shown some potential to cause chromosomal problems in clinically-tested animals.
Garcinia cambogia seems to be able to provide some fat reducing benefits yet it too has caused some complications for animals with regard to their reproductive systems. White willow bark is a natural blood-thinning agent. Its ties to weight loss seem inconclusive and, along with other ingredients in Energybolizer®, it should not be consumed by pregnant and lactating women or by people who use blood thinning medications.
Citrus aurantium is a thermogenic which may also cause some stimulant-like side effects. It is a proven fat-burner but should not be “stacked” – combined with caffeine as in this formulation.
Hoodia gordonii is a well-known appetite suppressant. People should make sure that the hoodia they purchase is certified. Olax seems to provide no certification for Energybolizer’s® hoodia content.
Positives
May provide some fat-burning and appetite-suppressing ingredients
Negatives
No satisfaction guarantee offered Contains multiple stimulants including caffeine No hoodia certification No free trial
Final Thoughts
Energybolizer® aims to get things right by providing fat-burning and appetite-suppressing ingredients. Yet it fails to certify its hoodia and combines too many stimulants. As such, dieters should look elsewhere for safer, more proven products to augment their healthy eating and regular fitness habits.
