Try apple cider vinegar mixed with water twice a day. Approximately 2 tablespoons in an 8 ounce glass of water. Look up ACV on the net. It will tell you all the things you need to know.
the trick is WATER. think about it.

p.s. don’t waste your money. you can lose weight drinking enough water. (no more than a gallon a day).
my brother tried the hoodia available at costco. he said it gave him wicked heartburn, horrid gas and terrible bloating. other people i know have said they had headaches.
instead of resorting to diet pills, let us help you with meal plans and exercise ideas – it’s much more effective and have little side effects!
Hoodia is only an appetite suppressant so it does not actually effect fat loss you just eat less. and it doesn’t solve the overeating problem.
